500ml water, 1 egg, butter or vegetable oil
Grab a bowl and fill it with 500ml water. Whisk in 300gr of Lucien’s Pancake Mix. Add 1 egg and mix until smooth. That’s it, your batter’s ready! For an even better result, let the batter rest in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes.
Pour the vegetable oil or melt the butter in the pan and spread evenly. The pan must be hot, but don’t let the oil/butter burn! Take a ladle to fill the pan with a thin layer of batter. Wait until the batter is dry. Using a spatula, turn the pancake around. Bake on both sides until golden brown. If you’re up for a bigger challenge, try to flip the pancake using only the pan.
